Value Analysis of Clia Assay in Thyroid Tumor Immunoassay
Objective To explore the application value of Chemiluminescence Immunoassay(CLIA)in the detection of thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected thyroid tumor admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Boshan District Family Planning Service Center of Zibo City from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard to analyze the efficacy of CLIA assay.Results Among 100 patients with suspected thyroid tumors,70 were positive and 30 were negative.Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis and Kappa consistency test showed that 63 true positive cases,2 false positive cases,28 true negative cases and 7 false negative cases were detected by CLIA assay,and Kappa value was 0.795.The area under the curve of CLIA measurement method is 0.917.Conclusion CLIA assay has high efficacy and can be used as the method for immunodetection of thyroid tumors.
