目的 分析股骨粗隆间骨折(intertrochanteric fracture,IFOF)患者实施闭合复位股骨近端防旋髓内钉(proximal femoral nail anti-rotation,PFNA)内固定处理的治疗效果.方法 非随机选取2010年3月—2022年12月盘州市人民医院收治的IFOF患者80例,并依据术式不同分为两组,每组40例.对照组接受动力髋螺钉(dynamic hip screw,DHS)内固定处理,观察组接受闭合复位PFNA内固定处理.比较两组手术基础指标、并发症发生率和髋关节功能.结果 观察组各项手术基础指标优于对照组,髋关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).结论 闭合复位PFNA内固定术式用于IFOF患者的处理效果较理想,可减少并发症发生率,促进患者髋关节功能恢复.
Clinical Observation of Closed Reduction and PFNA Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture
Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of closed reduction proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)internal fixation in patients with intertrochanteric fracture(IFOF).Methods Eighty cases of IFOF patients ad-mitted to Panzhou People's Hospital from March 2010 to December 2022 were non-randomly selected and divided into two groups of forty cases each according to the different surgical styles.The control group was treated with dy-namic hip screw(DHS)internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with closed-replacement PFNA inter-nal fixation.The two groups were compared in terms of basic surgical indexes,complication rate and hip function.Re-sults Various surgical basic indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the hip function score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion Closed-replacement PFNA in-ternal fixation style is used in the management of patients with IFOF with better results,which can reduce the compli-cation rate and promote the recovery of hip function in patients.
