Observation on the Efficacy and Safety of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets for the Treatment of Hypertension
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of nifedipine extended-release tablets in the treatment of hyperten-sion.Methods Ninety-two cases of hypertensive patients admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from June 2022 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the different medication regimens,with forty-six cases in each group.The control group was given Irbe-sartan tablets,and the observers added nifedipine extended-release tablets on the basis of the control group program.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.65%(44/46),which was higher than 80.43%(37/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.059,P<0.05).The blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than thoes of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac-tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The selection of nifedipine extended-release tablets for the clini-cal treatment of hypertensive patients can further reduce blood pressure,improve clinical effects and ensure drug safety.
