Analysis of the Effect of Routine Rrine Test and Biochemical Test in Clini-cal Diagnosis of Diabetes Patients
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of urine routine test and biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetic patients. Methods A total of one hundred ten patients with suspected diabetes who were treated in the Third People's Hospital of Juancheng County from January to December 2022 were non-randomly selected as the study sub-jects.All patients underwent routine urine tests and biochemical tests, and the comprehensive diagnosis results were used as the gold standard for diabetes diagnosis. The diagnostic performance of urine routine test, biochemical test and combined test for diabetes was compared. Results Compared with the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of urine routine test, biochemical test and combined test in the diagnosis of diabetes, the accuracy and sensitivity of combined test in the diagnosis of diabetes were 99.09%(109/110)and 98.52%(67/68),which were higher than those of urine routine test[70.00%(77/110)and 55.88%(38/68)],and higher than those of biochemical test[81.82%(90/110)and 73.53%(50/68)],the differences were statistically significant(χ2=35.623,27.919,19.005,13.781,all P<0.05).Com-pared with the diagnostic specificity, the urine routine test was 92.85%,the biochemical test was 95.24%,and the combined test was 100.00%,the differences wrer not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion The combina-tion of urine routine test and biochemical test to detect diabetes can effectively detect the prevalence of diabetes in pa-tients,and the accuracy of disease diagnosis is high.
