Analysis of Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Acute Calculous Cholecystitis in the Elderly Patients
Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the acute calculous clinical cholecystitis treatment in the elderly. Methods Seventy-six elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis in Taizhou Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were objectively selected and divided into observation group and control group by different treatment methods, with thirty-eight cases each group. The two groups were treated by laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery, respectively.Compare the two groups clinical ef-ficacy,operation-related indexes and postoperative complication rate. Results The clinical effect of observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group operation time, intraoperative blood, postoperative time and total hospital stay were(44.23±4.85)min,(24.17±4.01)mL,(17.44±2.68)h and(6.24±1.10)d,respectively,better than(52.15±5.31)min,(30.94±5.26)mL,(22.17±3.15)h,(8.03±1.42)d in control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=6.788,6.309,7.050,6.143,all P<0.05);The postoperative complications incidence of observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery in elderly pa-tients with acute calculous cholecystitis has significant efficacy, low incidence of complications.
