Study on the Application of Compound Lidocaine Cream in the Injection of Keloid Skin Lesions
Objective To explore the application value of compound lidocaine cream in the injection of keloid lesions. Methods Eighty patients with paralysis scar and pimple from July 2022 to February 2024 were objectively selected as the research object and were divided into two groups by different treatment methods, with forty cases in each group. The control group was given triamcinolone acetonide mixture injection, while the observation group was given triam-cinolone acetonide mixture before treatment. The onset time and duration of anesthesia were compared between the two groups, and the pain score during treatment and the score of itching symptoms 12 hours after treatment were ana-lyzed,and the postoperative complications of the two groups were counted. Results The onset time of anesthesia in the observation group was(0.5±0.2)min,which was faster than(1.6±0.3)min in the control group, and the duration of an-esthesia was(25.8±2.4)min,which was longer than(6.5±0.7)min in the control group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=19.295,48.826,both P<0.05).The pain score in the observation group and the itching score 12 hours after treatment were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total proportion of local infection, hematoma formation and skin ulceration between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream can effectively improve the anesthetic effect, prolong the anesthetic time, improve the itching symptoms, and does not increase the incidence of complications.
