To Study the Effect of Labetalol Hydrochloride Injection Combined with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets in the Adjuvant Treatment of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension
Objective To analyze the effect of labetalol hydrochloride injection+aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods A total of ninety-eight patients with gestational hypertension admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Lanling County People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment effects, they were di-vided into the normal group and the study group, with forty-nine cases in each group. The normal group was treated with labetalol hydrochloride injection, and the study group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure index, coagulation function and incidence of adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was 95.92%(47/49)in the study group, which was only 83.67%(41/49)in the normal group, the study group was higher than the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.927,P=0.048).After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were monitored, and the re-sults were reduced, and the study group was lower than the normal group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the activated partial thromboplasting time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)and prothrombin time(PT)were better than those before treatment, and APTT and PT in the study group were longer than those in the normal group,FIB in the study group was lower than that in the normal group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcome in the study group was lower than that in the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol hydrochloride injection+aspirin has better pressure control effect, can improve coagulation function, reduce adverse outcomes, and improve the effective rate of treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.
