Application of Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Progesterone Tablets with Cli-macteric Syndrome
Objective To explore the application value of estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets with peri-menopausal syndrome patients.Methods Eighty cases patients of menopausal syndromes admitted to Changsha Fourth Hospital from February 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was given kuntai capsule treatment,and the observation group was given estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets treatment.Sex hormone level,sexual life quality score and clinical symptoms improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(33.5±3.5)U/L and luteinizing hormone(31.5±6.0)U/L in the observation group were lower than(41.2±2.9)U/L and(37.1±2.9)U/L in the control group,and the level of estra-diol(25.6±3.1)mg/L was higher than(16.6±2.4)mg/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(t=10.714,7.972,14.519,all P<0.05).The observation group's sexual quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,and the time to improve clinical symptoms were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets can effectively maintain the balance of sex hormone levels,improve sexual therapy and relieve discomfort symptoms in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome.
