Effectiveness and Safety Evaluation of Laparoscopic Uterine/Vaginal Sa-crum Fixed Surgery in the Treatment of Pelvic Organs
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic uterine/vagino-sacral fixation in the treat-ment of pelvic organ prolapse. Methods Sixty-two patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to Affiliated to Jingji-ang People's Hospital Yangzhou University from July 2021 to November 2023 were non-randomly selected and di-vided into observation group and control group according to the surgical methods,thirty-one cases each. The control group was operated with transvaginal hysterectomy combined with sacrospinous ligament suspension, along with ante-rior and posterior vaginal wall repair, while the observation group was operated with laparoscopic uterine/vaginal sacral fixation. The surgical indexes, degree of pelvic floor organ prolapse, incidence of adverse reactions and recur-rence rate were compared between the two groups. Results Intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was(123.19±22.31)mL and operation time was(57.75±23.13)min,which were better than(142.46±32.74)mL and(91.36±11.81)min in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.708,7.206,both P<0.05).The improvement in the degree of pelvic floor organ prolapse in the observation group was better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no recurrence cases of pelvic organ prolapse in both groups. Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine/vagino-sacral fixation can improve the position of pelvic organs in patients with good efficacy, less adverse reactions.
