Analysis of the Efficacy of Life-preserving Skin Mucosal Disinfectant Com-bined with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Cervical HPV Infection
Objective To investigate the efficacy of life-preserving skin and mucosa disinfectant combined with hu-man interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablet in patients with cervical HPV infection.Methods Eighty-eight patients with cervical HPV infection admitted to Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were objectively selected and divided into two groups by different treatment methods.Forty-four patients in the con-trol group were treated with human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablets,and forty-four patients in the observa-tion group were treated with life-preserving skin and mucosa disinfectant combined with human interferon α2b vagi-nal effervescent tablets.The total effective rate,negative conversion rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.73%(43/44),higher than 84.09%(37/44)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.950,P<0.05).The time of turning negative in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inci-dence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Life-preserving skin and mucous membrane disinfectant combined with human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablet is more effective in the treatment of cervical HPV infection,and can pro-mote the negative transformation of HPV subtypes.
