Clinical Effect of Qishengui Decoction Combined with Butylphthalide In-jection in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Patients
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qishengui decoction combined with butylphthalide injec-tion in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 200 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Changning Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to October 2023 were non-randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bu-tylphthalide injection,and the observation group was treated with Qishengui decoction.The efficacy,biochemical in-dex level,neurological deficit score,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,low shear viscosity and high shear viscos-ity were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.00%(93/100),which was higher than 73.00%(73/100)in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=14.174,P<0.05).The biochemical index level of the observation group were better than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The neurological deficit score,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,low shear viscosity and high shear viscosity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Qishengui decoction combined with butylphthalide injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction can improve the levels of biochemical in-dexes,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity,and reduce neurological deficits.
