Effect of Microecology on Gut Microbiota in Patients with Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis
Objective To investigate the effect of probiotics on the gut microbiota of patients with non-alcoholic ste-atohepatitis.Methods Sixty patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mu-danjiang Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects. They were divided into intervention group 1,intervention group 2,intervention group 3 and blank control group according to treatment methods, fifteen cases in each group. The intervention group 1 received probiotics intervention, the interven-tion group 2 received prebiotics intervention, and the intervention group 3 received probiotics combined with prebiot-ics intervention. All four groups received routine clinical medication intervention, and the intervention time was 3 months. The changes of intestinal microecology and liver function were compared among the four groups. Results Af-ter intervention, the counts of enterobacter, enterococcus and clostridium in intervention group 3 were lower than those in intervention group 1 and intervention group 2,and those in intervention group 1 and intervention group 2 were lower than those in blank control group;the counts of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and Bacteroides in intervention group 3 were higher than those in intervention group 1 and intervention group 2,and those in intervention group 1 and intervention group 2 were higher than those in blank control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the intestinal microecological flora counts of inter-vention group 1 and intervention group 2(all P>0.05).The levels of liver function indexes in intervention group 3 were lower than those in intervention group 1 and intervention group 2,and those in intervention group 1 and intervention group 2 were lower than those in blank control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of liver function indicators between intervention group 1 and intervention group 2(all P>0.05).Conclusion Probiotics can improve the intestinal microecology and liver func-tion of patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, and probiotics combined with probiotics can improve the intestinal microecology and liver function of patients better.
