The Value of Blood Routine Combined with Six Coagulation Indicators in the Diagnosis of Gestational Hypertension
Objective To analyze the value of blood routine combined with six coagulation tests in the diagnosis of gestational hypertension, providing reference for prenatal care. Methods Seventy-eight suspected pregnant women with hypertension admitted to Yanghe First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were non-randomnly selected as the research objects.Blood routine and coagulation tests were performed on all patients, and the results and diag-nostic efficacy of combined and single tests were analyzed. Results Based on the comprehensive examination results as the gold standard,59 cases were detected as positive and 19 cases were detected as negative.Blood routine test de-tected 40 true positives, coagulation test detected 42 true positives, and blood routine combined with six coagulation indicators test detected 57 true positives. The accuracy of the combined test of blood routine and six coagulation indi-cators was 96.15% (75/78),the sensitivity was 94.87%(57/59),and the specificity was 97.44%(18/19),which were higher than the single test of blood routine and six coagulation indicators, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(χ2=24.700,17.735,7.472,all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of blood routine and coagulation tests is highly feasible in the diagnosis of gestational hypertension. To avoid complications such as major bleeding, early blood routine and coagulation tests are necessary.
