目的 探讨在甲状腺炎检验中应用化学发光免疫分析法的价值.方法 非随机选取2021年6月—2023年9月贵州盘江煤电集团有限责任公司医院收治的88例疑似甲状腺炎患者为研究对象,均实施化学发光免疫法、电化学法检查,对比两种方案的检出情况、诊断效能.结果 以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,化学发光免疫分析法的灵敏度为97.06%(66/68)、特异度为95.00%(19/20)、96.59%准确度为(85/88),高于电化学法的73.53%(50/68)、50.00%(10/20)、68.18%(60/88),差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.007、10.156、15.744,P均<0.05).化学发光免疫法的阳性预测值为98.51%(61/67),阴性预测值为90.48%(19/21),高于电化学法的83.33%(50/60)、35.71%(10/28),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.212、14.897,P均<0.05).结论 在甲状腺炎临床检验中应用化学发光免疫分析法、电化学法均有一定价值,但化学发光免疫分析法灵敏度、特异度及准确度更高.
Application Effect and Sensitivity Analysis of Chemiluminescence Immuno-assay in the Examination of Thyroiditis
Objective To explore the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of thyroiditis.Meth-ods A total of eighty-eight patients with suspected thyroiditis admitted to the hospital of Guizhou Panjiang Coal Power Group Co.,Ltd.from June 2021 to September 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and chemilumi-nescence immunoassay and electrochemical assay were performed to compare the detection and diagnostic efficiency of the two schemes.Results The sensitivity of chemiluminescence immunoassay was 97.06% (66/68),specificity was 95.00%(19/20),accuarcy was 96.59%(85/88),which were higher than 73.53%(50/68),50.00%(10/20),68.18%(60/88)of electrochemical method,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=15.007,10.156,15.744,all P<0.05).The positive predictive value of chemiluminescence immunoassay was 98.51%(61/67),and the negative predictive value was 90.48%(19/21),which were higher than 83.33%(50/60)and 35.71%(10/28)of electrochemical method,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=9.212,14.897,both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of che-miluminescence immunoassay and electrochemical methods in clinical testing of thyroiditis has certain value.How-ever,chemiluminescence immunoassay has higher sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy.
