Analysis of the Clinical Value of Tension-free Repair of Anterior Perito-neal Hiatus in the Treatment of Patients with Hernia
Objective To investigate the efficacy of tension-free repair of anterior peritoneal space in the treatment of hernia. Methods Sixty-two hernia patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Xianning City from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects, and were divided into a control group(implementing tension-free repair treatment)and an observation group(implementing tension-free repair treatment in the preperito-neal space)according to the surgical method, with thirty-one cases in each group.Compared the clinical efficacy,sur-gical index, complication rate and recurrence rate of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77% (30/31),which was higher than 74.19%(23/31)of the control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.679,P<0.05).The surgical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Tension-free repair of anterior peritoneal space for hernia can shorten recovery time and reduce the risk of complications.
