The Effect of Rabeprazole Triple Therapy Combined with Clarithromycin in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Eradication and Its Effect on ALT and AST Levels
Objective To comprehensively analyze the effect of rabeprazole triple therapy combined with clarithromy-cin in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication and its effect on alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels.Methods 136 Hp infected patients admitted to Bincheng District People's Hospital in Bin-zhou City from January to December 2023 were objectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(68 cases,Application of pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules+rabeprazole+amoxicillin drug treatment method)and observation group(68 cases,treated with clarithromycin on the basis of control group).The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the in-cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The clinical treatment total effective rate 98.53% (67/68)and Hp clearance rate 95.59%(65/68)of the observation group were higher than 86.76%(59/68)and 76.47%(52/68)of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The clinical symptom disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in liver function between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(all P>0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole triple therapy combined with clarithromy-cin can effectively eradicate Hp,improve clinical treatment efficacy,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symp-toms,and will not affect the liver function of patients,with high efficacy and safety.
