Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Intravenous Thrombolysis with Ateplase in Early Stage of Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with early cerebral infarction. Methods A total of fifty-two patients with early cerebral infarction admitted to the Third Hospital of Suqian City from January 2021 to December 2022 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to treatment methods:conventional treatment group(n=26,receiving conventional symptomatic treatment)and intravenous thrombolysis group(n=26,receiving alteplase intravenous thrombolysis). The neurological function score,Barthel score, prothrombin time, thrombin time, partial thrombin time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the conventional treatment group, the Barthel score in the in-travenous thrombolysis group was increased, the nerve function score was decreased, and the coagulation index was in-creased,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of intravenous thrombolysis group was 100.00% (26/26),which was higher than 76.92%(20/26)of conventional treatment group, the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=4.710,P<0.05).Conclusion Alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy can effectively im-prove nerve defect and self-care ability of patients with early cerebral infarction.
