Observation on the Clinical Effect of Thoracoscopic Precise Segmental Re-section for the Treatment of Ground Glass Nodules in the Lungs
Objective In the treatment of pulmonary ground-glass nodules, the actual efficacy of thoracoscopic pre-cise pulmonary segmentectomy was analyzed. Methods Purposely selected forty patients with ground-glass nodules in the lung admitted to the First People's Hospital of Longnan from January 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical methods, with twenty cases in each group. The control group was treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy, and the observation group was treated with thoracoscopic pre-cise segmentectomy. The differences of operation related indexes, postoperative complications and pulmonary function indexes between the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,intra-operative chest tube indwelling time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The maximum vital capacity and maxi-mum ventilation per minute in the observation group were(2.32±0.21)L and(64.13±3.31)L/min respectively at 6 months after operation, which were higher than(1.97±0.14)L and(57.45±3.13)L/min in the control group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=6.202,6.558,both P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscopic precise pulmonary seg-mentectomy in the treatment of pulmonary ground-glass nodules can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, reduce the length of hospital stay, and the effect is better.
