Efficacy Analysis of Low-dose Tadalafil in the Treatment of Erectile Dys-function
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-dose tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.Methods A total of 100 patients with erectile dysfunction who received intervention treatment in Gaozhou People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were non-randomly selected and included in the study.According to the different treatment drugs,they were divided into observation group and control group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with sildenafil,and the observation group was treated with tadalafil.The differences of erectile function score,erectile hardness score and treatment effect between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the score of erectile function of the observation group was 19.78±3.83 higher than 16.08±3.22 of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.229,P<0.05).after treatment,the erectile hardness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of tadalafil in the treatment of patients with erectile dysfunction can improve the erectile function and erectile hardness of patients,and has high efficacy and safety.
