Functional dyspepsia is a common clinical functional gastrointestinal disease.The disease is located in the stomach,but the incidence is closely related to the liver and spleen.Based on the theory of liver and spleen,this pa-per studies the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia,expounds the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of functional dyspepsia related to liver and spleen,analyzes the treatment ideas of func-tional dyspepsia based on the theory of liver and spleen,and points out that the treatment should be in line with the pathogenesis of liver and spleen imbalance,soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,two-pronged,each with emphasis.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the patient's disease,Qi and blood are coordinated to balance deficiency and excess and tonification.Finally,the related treatment of liver and spleen in functional dyspep-sia was analyzed from the perspective of modern medicine,in order to provide reference for the research and treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
