Analysis of Diagnostic Efficacy of Combined Detection of Cerebrospinal Fluid Biochemical Indexes in Patients with Tuberculous Meningitis
Objective To analyze the combined test efficiency of cerebrospinal fluid biochemical indexes in tubercu-lous meningitis test. Methods From January 2023 to May 2024,forty-seven patients with tuberculous meningitis diag-nosed by cerebrospinal fluid biochemical test in Guiyang Public Health Treatment Center were non-randomly selected as the observation group, and fifty subjects who received physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The cerebrospinal fluid samples were collected by lumbar puncture for biochemical test. The diag-nostic value of single index and combined index detection of different test indexes(adenosine deaminase,protein,glu-cose and chloride)was analyzed by ROC curve. Results The expression levels of protein and adenosine deaminase in cerebrospinal fluid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of glucose and chloride were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The re-sults of ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity, specificity and area under the curve of combined index detec-tion were 98.48%,94.27%and 0.993,respectively,which were higher than those of single index protein(93.62%,91.55%,0.984),glucose(44.81%,83.80%,0.628),chloride(71.24%,58.40%,0.641)and adenosine deaminase(80.85%,81.00%,0.851).Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of combined indicators in cerebrospinal fluid bio-chemical indicators is better than that of single indicators, which has high diagnostic value.
