Study on the Value of B-type Natriuretic Peptide Combined with Cardiac Troponin I in the Diagnosis of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To analyze the value of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)combined with cardiac troponin I(cTnI)in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Fifty patients with AMI diagnosed in Liaocheng Mater-nal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023(group B)were non-randomly selected, and fifty healthy subjects(group A)were included in the same period. The levels of BNP and cTnI and the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection of BNP and cTnI in AMI were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of BNP and cTnI in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of BNP combined with cTnI were 90.00%(45/50),92.00%(46/50)and 91.00%(91/100),respectively,which were higher than those of cTnI alone 84.00%(42/50),88.00%(44/50),86.00%(86/100)and BNP alone 54.00%(27/50),62.00%(31/50),58.00%(58/100).Conclusion The diagnostic effi-ciency of BNP combined with cTnI test for AMI is higher than that of single diagnosis, and it has high diagnostic value.
