Evaluation of the Guiding Role of Thrombela-stogram in Blood Transfu-sion Therapy for Traumatic Severe Patients
Objective To evaluate the role of coagulation function index combined with thromboela-stogram(TEG)de-tection in blood transfusion treatment of traumatic severe patients.Methods The clinical data of seventy two patients who received blood transfusion in Guilin Hospital of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from March 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to whether TEG test was performed,they were di-vided into coagulation function guidance group(n=34)and combined guidance group(n=38).The coagulation function guidance group only received coagulation function test,and the combined guidance group received coagulation func-tion and TEG test.The resuscitation compliance rate,resuscitation compliance time,blood product infusion volume,coagulation function index and adverse reactions of blood transfusion were compared between the two groups.Results The resuscitation compliance rate of the combined guidance group was 86.84%(33/38),which was higher than 76.47%(26/34)of the coagulation function guidance group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.006,P<0.05).The recovery time of the combined guidance group was(170.27±21.36)min,which was shorter than that of the coagulation function guidance group(190.37±22.72)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.868,P<0.05).The amount of blood product infusion in the combined guidance group were lower than that in the coagulation function guidance group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the coagulation function indexes of the combined guidance group were better than those of the coagulation function guidance group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions to blood transfusion between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TEG detection can accelerate the correction of coagulation index disorders,improve the accuracy of evaluating coagulation function,and play a guid-ing role in blood transfusion therapy for critically ill patients.
