Comparative Study on Anesthetic Effect of Sevoflurane and Propofol in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Objective To compare and analyze the anesthetic effects of sevoflurane and propofol in laparoscopic chole-cystectomy.Methods From July 2022 to December 2023,eighty-two patients with gallstones who underwent laparo-scopic cholecystectomy in the Ninth People's Hospital of Suzhou City were non-randomly selected.According to dif-ferent treatment methods, they were divided into two groups with forty-one cases in each group.Sevoflurane was used in the study group and propofol was used in the control group. The vital signs indicators, recovery time of anesthesia and cognitive function score of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Immediately after anesthesia and 5 min after skin resection, the vital signs of the two groups were compared, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).The recovery time of spontaneous respiration, recovery time and recovery time of orientation of the study group after anesthesia was shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).At 6 h and 12 h after surgery, the MMSE scores of the study group were 26.15±1.03 and 26.89±1.10,respectively,which were higher than 24.78±1.19 and 25.62±1.08 of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.574,5.275,both P<0.05).Conclusion When performing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallstones, choosing sevoflurane as the anesthesia inducing drug during surgery can reduce fluctuations in vital signs, accelerate postoperative recovery, and alleviate cognitive impairment.
