Comparative Analysis of the Value of Cross Matching Blood Test Between Low Ion Coagulated Amine Method and Anti-human Globulin Microcol-umn Gel Method in Blood Transfusion
Objective To study the value of cross matching blood test with low ion coagulated amine method and anti-human globulin microcolumn gel method in clinical blood transfusion test. Methods A total of 199 patients who re-ceived blood transfusion treatment after cross-matching blood test in Rudong County People's Hospital from August 2021 to December 2022 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.Cross matching blood test was carried out by low ion agglutination amine method and anti-human globulin microcolumn gel method. The blood matching time, detection results and irregular antibody positive detection of the two methods were compared. Results The blood matching time of low ion condensed amine method was shorter than that of anti-human globulin microcolumn gel method, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of anti-human globulin microcol-umn gel method was 4.52%(9/199)in the main side,6.03%(12/199)in the secondary side, and 10.55%(21/199)in the total, which were higher than 0.50%(1/199),2.01%(4/199),2.51%(5/199)of low ion agglomerated amine method, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=6.565,4.168,10.534,all P<0.05).There were no statistically sig-nificant differences in the positive rate of irregular antibody between the two detection methods(all P>0.05).Conclu-sion The blood matching time of low ion condensed amine method is short, and the positive detection rate of anti-human globulin microcolumn gel method is high. The two methods have their own advantages, and can be selected ac-cording to the actual situation in clinic.
