Application Aalue of Combined Detection of Small Dense Low-density Li-poprotein Cholesterol and High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein in the Diag-nosis of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of small and dense low-density lipoprotein choles-terol and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(re-ferred to as coronary heart disease). Methods A total of 142 patients with coronary heart disease(study group)and 142 healthy subjects(control group)admitted to Sihong Zhongxin Hospital from November 2021 to December 2023 were were non-randomly selected as the study subjects. The levels of small and dense low-density lipoprotein choles-terol and hs-CRP,diagnostic efficacy of single and combined indicators were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The levels of small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and hs-CRP in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The true positive case of small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was 109 cases, the true positive case of hs-CRP was 112 cases, and the true positive case of combined 139 cases. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection of coronary heart disease were 97.89%(139/142),95.77%(136/142)and 96.83%(275/284),respectively.They were higher than those of small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol[76.76%(109/142),74.65%(106/142),75.70%(215/284)]and hs-CRP[78.87%(112/142),80.99%(115/142),79.93%(227/284)],the differences were sta-tistically significant(χ2=29.368,24.591,53.235,all P<0.001).Conclusion The combined detection of small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and hs-CRP has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy and has important value for clinical evaluation and early in-tervention.
