Study on the Clinical Effect of Rapid Atropinisation+Haemoperfusion Combined with Iodophosphidine Repletion in the Treatment of Organo-phosphorus Poisoning
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rapid atropinization+hemoperfusion combined with iodinated pralidoxime in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus poisoning. Methods A total of seventy-eight patients with organophosphorus poisoning admitted to Nanjing Luhe District People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,thirty-nine cases in each group. The control group was treated with rapid atropinization combined with pralidoxime iodide, and the study group was treated with rapid atropinization+hemoperfusion com-bined with pralidoxime iodide. The treatment indicators, treatment effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.44%(38/39),which was higher than 79.49%(31/39)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.155,P=0.013).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid atropinization+hemoperfusion combined with pralidoxime iodide in patients with organophosphorus poisoning can improve the clinical indicators of patients,im-prove the efficacy and reduce the complications of patients.
