Clinical Value of Aluminum Magnesium Aspirin+Hydroclopidogrel Regi-men in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the clinical value of the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with aluminum magnesium aspirin+hydroclopidogrel.Methods A total of sixty patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Gao-zhou People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,thirty cases in each group.The reference group was treated with hydroclopidogrel,and the study group was treated with aluminum magnesium aspirin on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate of treatment,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score,malondialde-hyde,superoxide dismutase and isoprostane levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.405,P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase and isoprostane in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with aluminum magnesium aspirin+hydroclopido-grel regimen can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,improve the neurological function,lipid peroxi-dation and oxidative stress response of patients.
