To Evaluate the Effect of Drugs Combined with Hemoperfusion on Severe Acute Organophosphorus Poisoning
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of drug plus hemoperfusion in patients with severe acute or-ganophosphorus poisoning. Methods A total of sixty-eight patients with severe acute organophosphorus poisoning ad-mitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with thirty-four cases in each group. The reference group was treated with penehylequinone hydrochloride plus Xuebijing, and the study group was treated with hemoperfusion based on the reference group. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions,re-covery process and cardiac and renal function levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effec-tive rate of the study group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than 76.47%(26/34)of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.610,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment recovery process and cardiac and renal function of the study group were better than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of drugs and hemoperfusion in patients with severe acute organo-phosphorus poisoning can ensure safety, improve efficacy, effectively shorten the treatment recovery process and im-prove the level of cardiac and renal function.
