研究高压氧联合丁苯酞治疗大动脉粥样硬化性缺血脑卒中的临床效果

目的 分析大动脉粥样硬化性缺血脑卒中患者施行高压氧联合丁苯酞治疗的价值.方法 非随机选取2022年10月—2023年10月烟台市福山区人民医院神经内科接诊的62例大动脉粥样硬化性缺血脑卒中患者,按治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=31,丁苯酞治疗)和观察组(n=31,高压氧联合丁苯酞治疗),比较两组的疗效.结果 观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(11.21±4.34)分,低于对照组的(18.78±5.45)分,肢体运动功能评分为(79.89±5.65)分,高于对照组的(66.56±6.76)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.049、8.424,P均<0.05).观察组的内皮素、血清神经肽Y、肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素1β、神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 大动脉粥样硬化性缺血脑卒中患者施行高压氧联合丁苯酞治疗效果好,能够促进患者康复,改善神经功能.
To Study the Clinical Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Bu-tylphthalide on Atherosclerotic Ischemic Stroke
Objective To analyze the value of hyperbaric oxygen combined with butylphthalein in the treatment of ath-erosclerotic ischemic stroke patients.Methods A total of sixty-two patients with atherosclerotic ischemic stroke admit-ted to the Department of Neurology of Yantai Fushan District People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected and divided into control group(n=31,butylphthalein treatment)and observation group(n=31,hyperbaric oxygen combined with butylphthalein treatment)according to different treatment methods.Compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results The score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale of the observation group was 11.21±4.34,lower than 18.78±5.45 of the control group,and the score of limb motor function was 79.89±5.65,higher than 66.56±6.76 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.049,8.424,both P<0.05).The levels of endothelin and serum neuropeptide Y,tumor necrosis factor α,interleukin1β and neuron-specific enolase in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with butylphthalein is effective in the treatment of atheroscle-rotic ischemic stroke patients,which can promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve nerve function.
