Comparative Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Moxifloxacin and Levo-floxacin in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To study the value of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pul-monary disease.Methods A total of 165 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Jurong People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the re-search objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the study group(83 cases)and the control group(82 cases).Moxifloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride was used in the study group,and levofloxacin injection was used in the control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function and adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 98.79%(82/83),which was higher than 90.24%(74/82)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.669,P<0.05).The lung func-tion indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with moxifloxacin in chrnic obstructve pul-mary diseae has good clinical efficacy,enhanced lung function,and low adverse effects.
