四联疗法联合益生菌对老年慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗效果评价

摘要
目的 探究针对老年慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染患者采取四联疗法与益生菌联合治疗的效果.方法 非随机选取2023年4月—2024年4月在博鳌一龄生命养护中心进行治疗的108例老年慢性胃炎伴Hp感染患者为研究对象.根据治疗方法不同将患者分成参比组(采取四联疗法治疗)、观察组(采取四联疗法联合益生菌治疗),每组54例.对比两组患者Hp清除率、治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组Hp清除率为 98.15%(53/54),高于参比组的 85.19%(46/54),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.939,P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率高于参比组,不良反应发生率低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 针对老年慢性胃炎伴Hp感染患者采取四联疗法与益生菌联合治疗效果确切,可有效清除患者Hp,并提高患者治疗效果,且安全性更高,值得临床借鉴.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of quadruple therapy combined with probiotics on elderly patients with chronic gastritis accompanied by helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with chronic gastritis accompanied by Hp infection who were treated in Boao Yiling Life Care Center from April 2023 to April 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into reference group(quadruple therapy)and observation group(quadruple therapy combined with probi-otics),with 54 cases in each group.Hp clearance rate,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The Hp clearance rate in the observation group was 98.15%(53/54),higher than 85.19%(46/54)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.939,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of ad-verse reactions was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of quadruple therapy and probiotics is effective in treating elderly patients with chronic gastritis and Helicobacter pylori infection.It can effectively clear Hp in patients and improve treatment effec-tiveness,with higher safety and clinical application value.It is a feasible reference.
