Analysis of the Effects of Using Noninvasive Ventilator for the Treatment of Patients with Acute Heart Failure Combined with Respiratory Failure in Emergency ICU
Objective To analyze the effect of treatment with noninvasive ventilators in patients with acute heart fail-ure combined with respiratory failure. Methods 120 patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from March 2022 to May 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects. They were divided into routine group and study group according to different treatment plans,60 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with high-flow oxygen inhalation, and the study group was treated with non-invasive ventilator. The treatment efficiency, respiratory function, blood gas index and adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.67%(55/60),which was higher than 78.33%(47/60)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.183,P<0.05).After treat-ment,the respiratory function index of the study group was better than that of the conventional group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the partial pressure of oxygen in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that in the con-ventional group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of noninvasive ventilator to treat patients with acute heart failure combined with respira-tory failure has a better effect, which can improve the respiratory function of patients and reduce the occurrence of ad-verse reactions.
