摘要

目的 分析腹腔镜结肠癌根治术在结肠癌患者治疗中的实践价值.方法 非随机选取国药北方医院于2022年1月—2023年1月收治的65例结肠癌患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为对照组(32例,行传统开腹手术)、观察组(33例,借助腹腔镜完成手术治疗),对比两组的手术相关指标、免疫功能情况、并发症发生率及炎症指标.结果 与对照组相比,观察组的手术用时、胃肠功能恢复时间更短,术中出血量更少、淋巴结清扫数更多,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的免疫功能优于对照组,炎症指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为3.03%(1/33),低于对照组的12.50%(4/32),但差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.935,P>0.05).结论 腹腔镜手术作为结肠癌根治术的优选模式,不仅能缩短手术时间,还能减少术中出血量、预防术后并发症.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical value of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in patients with colon cancer.Methods Sixty-five patients with colon cancer admitted to Sinopod North Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=32,undergoing traditional open surgery)and observation group(n=33,undergoing laparoscopic surgery)according to different treat-ment methods.The indexes of operation,immune function,complication rate and inflammation were compared be-tween the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time and gastrointestinal function recov-ery time of the observation group were shorter,the intraoperative blood loss was less,and the number of lymph node dissection was more,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The immune function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the level of inflammation index was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.03%(1/33),lower than 12.50%(4/32)in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.935,P>0.05).Conclusion As the preferred mode of radical resection of colon cancer,laparoscopic surgery can not only shorten operation time,but also reduce intraoperative blood loss and prevent postoperative complications.
