Efficacy and Safety of Minimally Invasive Stereotactic Surgery in the Treatment of Small Amounts of Thalamic Hemorrhage
Objective Based on the two aspects of effectiveness and safety, this paper discusses the application value of stereotactic minimally invasive surgery in the surgical treatment of small thalamic hemorrhage. Methods A total of 100 patients with a small amount of thalamic hemorrhage diagnosed by craniocerebral CT examination in Linyi Cen-tral Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group(n=50)with conservative treatment and observation group(n=50)with stereotactic minimally invasive surgery. The hematoma volume, complications, neurological function and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The hematoma volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 d and 7 d after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%(3/50)lower than 20.00%(10/50)in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.332,P<0.05).The neurological function scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The prognosis of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stereotactic minimally inva-sive surgery for a small amount of thalamic hemorrhage is feasible, which can improve the hematoma, neurological function and prognosis of patients, reduce complications, and has high efficacy and safety.
