Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Splenic Peptide Combined with Nasal CPAP in the Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia and Its Impact on Airway Inflammation and Myocardial Enzyme Spectrum
Objective To explore the clinical effects of using splenic peptide combined with continuous positive air-way pressure(CPAP)in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods Sixty children with pneumonia who received treatment at the Women and Children's Health Hospital of Weining Autonomous County from May 2021 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as the observation subjects for this study. They were divided into the observation group and the reference group according to the different treatment methods, with thirty cases in each group. The control group children were treated with nasal CPAP,and the observation group children were treated with splenic peptide on this basis. The improvement of clinical symptoms, lung function, myocardial enzyme profile and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the lung function of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The CK(157.22±20.17)U/L,CK-MB(27.15±4.12)U/L,LDH(206.25±21.42)U/L of the observation group were better than(184.75±20.42)U/L,(33.68±4.33)U/L,(267.88±21.25)U/L of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.253,5.984,1.187,all P<0.05).After treatment, the inflammatory factors and various indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of splenic peptide combined with nasal CPAP treatment in children with pneumonia can effectively improve myocardial enzyme indica-tors,reduce airway inflammation.
