Comparison of the Efficacy of Transumbilical Single-hole Laparoscopy and Traditional Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts
Objective To explore the effect of traditional laparoscopy and transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy in the treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods Clinical diagnosis and treatment data of ninety patients with ovarian cysts ad-mitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Qinghai Women and Children's Hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were retrospectively selected, and divided into control group(n=45,traditional laparoscopic surgery)and study group(n=45,transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery)according to different surgical methods.Periopera-tive indexes, ovarian reserve function and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(all P>0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time(16.34±1.54)h and hospitalization time(4.67±1.11)d in the study group were shorter than(20.88±1.85)h and(5.33±1.05)d in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=12.652,2.898,both P<0.05).The ovarian reserve function of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with ovarian cysts,tran-sumbilical single-hole laparoscopy has more advantages than traditional laparoscopic surgery, which can improve the ovarian reserve function of patients, shorten the treatment time, and have higher safety.
