Study on the Treatment of Early Cervical Cancer with Open Radical Hys-terectomy
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and clinical value of chemotherapy-assisted laparotomy radical hyster-ectomy in the treatment of early cervical cancer. Methods A total of 180 patients with early cervical cancer admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture from June 2019 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects, and divided into control group(n=90,radical open hysterectomy treatment)and observation group(n=90,chemotherapy adjuvant therapy+radical open hysterectomy treatment).Operation time, blood loss, postoperative complications, tumor biomarkers and lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, blood loss and CD8+level of the observation group were lower than those in con-trol group, and the levels of CD3+and CD4+were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of tumor biomarkers in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%(3/90),lower than 11.11%(10/90)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.518,P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy-assisted radical open hysterectomy has a positive effect in the treatment of early cervical cancer, which can reduce the level of tumor-related factors and the incidence of postoperative compli-cations.
