Clinical Effect of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Hypertensive Syndrome of Pregnancy and Its Influence on Related Detection Indexes
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine in the treatment of hypertensive syndrome of pregnancy. Methods Seventy-two patients with gestational hypertension admit-ted to Shouguang People's Hospital were non-randomly selected as the study subjects from July 2022 to July 2023,and were divided into two groups according to the treatment method, with thirty-six cases in each group;the reference group was given nifedipine treatment, and the study group was given the combined treatment of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine.Compared the blood pressure indexes, blood rheology indexes, oxidative stress indexes, and adverse preg-nancy outcomes of the two groups. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were(135.04±6.12)mmHg and(87.57±4.78)mmHg,respectively,which were lower than(146.80±7.03)mmHg and(95.58±5.27)mmHg of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.570,6.755,both P<0.05).Blood rheology indexes and oxidative stress indexes of the study group were better than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine is effective in the treatment of hypertensive syn-drome of pregnancy, which can effectively reduce the patient's blood pressure and improve the body's blood rheology and oxidative stress.
