摘要
目的 分析阿加曲班(argatroban anhydrous,ARIN)联合双联抗血小板治疗穿支动脉脑梗死患者的效果.方法 非随机选取2020年12月—2023年12月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的120例穿支动脉脑梗死患者为研究对象.按治疗方法分为两组,给予阿加曲班联合双联抗血小板治疗患者为观察组(61例),给予单独双抗治疗为对照组(59 例).比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、生活质量评分.结果 治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后12周,观察组Barthel指数为(77.23±12.33)分,高于对照组的(67.22±12.34)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.444,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组心理状态、生理健康、社会关系、周围环境评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 ARIN联合双联抗血小板治疗穿支动脉脑梗死患者临床疗效确切,可以有效改善患者的脑部神经缺损,降低NIHSS评分,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of argatroban anhydrous(ARIN)in combination with dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with penetrating artery cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with penetrating artery cerebral infarction admitted to Lingcheng District People's Hospital in Dezhou City from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected non-randomly as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,patients who were given argatroban combined with dual antiplatelet therapy as the observation group(61 cases),and those who were given dual antiplatelet therapy alone as the control group(59 cases).National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treat-ment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Twelve weeks after treatment,the Barthel score of the observation group was 77.23±12.33,which was higher than 67.22±12.34 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.444,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of psychological state,physical health,social relationship,and surrounding environment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ARIN combined with dual antiplatelet therapy in the treatment of patients with penetrating artery cerebral infarction is precise,which can effectively improve the patients'cerebral neurological deficits,reduce the NIHSS scores,and improve the patients'quality of life.
