Based on the analysis of basic intension,this article describes the current situation and progress of domestic and foreign teachers＇ file management research,summarizes the achievement of the research and the problems existed in the field.By means of the foreign document-center theory,using the style of paper-file and electric-file together can make the teachers＇ file management much better.
