The Curriculum Development for Teachers'Training in Vocational Universities Based on Adult Learning Theory
In order to improve the training effect of vocational university teachers,after analyzing the current problems of the training curriculum based on adult learning theory,the authors propose the methods to establish teachers'training curriculum.Based on the classification of teachers'career development period,corresponding training courses focused on their challenging tasks are provided.Aiming to solve problems met in teaching,focused on problem-solving methods,these learner-centered courses take the training in the form of learning in doing.Abundant training resources and adequate trainer team are reinforced in the process.Teachers can master and apply the methods to solve the problems met in teaching.
