摘要
助力共同富裕是新时期发展职业教育的历史使命.围绕乡村人才流失、职业教育体系设置与产业转型人才需求脱节和职业教育所面对的社会性歧视问题,文章从培植乡土精神建设、把人才留在土地上,立足本地特色开展职业教育和消除社会性歧视三个方面,提出了职业教育助力共同富裕的路径.
Abstract
In the new era,the historical mission of the development of vocational education is to assist common prosperity.Focusing on the problem of rural talent loss,the disconnection between the establishment of vocational education system and the demand for industrial transformation talents,and the social discrimination faced by vocational education in the process of promoting common prosperity through vocational education,the article proposes a path for vocational education to promote common prosperity from three aspects:cultivating rural spirit construction,keeping talents on the land,carrying out vocational education based on local characteristics,and eliminating social discrimination.
