The Analysis of Innovative Strategies of Interviewing Work in College Libraries in the Context of Normal Majors Accreditation
In June 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the"Implementation Measures for the Accreditation of Normal Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities(Provisional)",which clarifies the direction and quality standards of China's teacher education reform,including the training objectives and graduation requirements of the normal majors.By this method,the resource search of teacher professional certification is particularly important,which also brings opportunities and challenges to the interview work of university libraries.As one of the important sources of knowledge and information for normal major students,the innovation and development of university libraries will directly affect the future career paths of normal major students.Based on the normal majors accreditation,this paper analyzes the current situation of university library interview work,and puts forward targeted innovative strategies to meet the needs of teacher professional certification.
