The Research on the Development of CBA Referee Professionalization from the Perspective of SWOT Analysis
Using the SWOT situation analysis method of management science,this paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses and external environment of promoting the professionalization of CBA referees,and proposes strategic plans such as improving the training and management mechanism of referees and strengthening the management of various basketball clubs and coaches in China,in order to accelerate the pace of development of CBA referee professionalization.This will explore a professional path suitable for China's national conditions for many referees at all levels who wish to become professional basketball referees,and provide a theoretical basis for the management departments of China's basketball referees to carry out system reforms and the healthy development of professional referees.
