The Research and Exploration on the Dynamics of College Counselors' Professional development——Based on the Survey of the First Prize Winners of the Guangxi University Counselor Quality and Ability Competition in the Past Five Years
College counselors are an important part of college students'ideological and political work,and their professional ability directly affects the level of ideological and political education in China's colleges and universities.Stimulating the professional development motivation of counselors is helpful to improve their comprehensive ability and promote the professionalization and professionalization of college counselors.Through the analysis of the commonality of the first prize winners of the Guangxi University Counselor Quality and Ability Competition in the past five years,it is found that the professional development motivation of counselors is a complex and dynamic process,which is affected by the counselors'own factors and the external environment.This paper studies and explores from the perspective of counselors'personal and external environment,aiming to solve the key problems such as job burnout and adaptation to their professional roles to a certain extent,which has important research purposes and significance.
