虚拟仿真技术在汽车焊接实训中的应用

针对职业院校MAG焊接教学中学生对实践操作技能难掌握、对焊接成型难控制等问题,在分析MAG焊接 4 种焊接模式的焊接特性的基础上,研究焊接电流、电弧电压、焊枪角度、焊接方向等因素对焊接质量的影响,运用虚拟仿真技术来监测实践操作中焊接工艺参数的调整和焊接质量的控制,采用虚拟仿真焊接技术与焊接实训相结合的方法进行焊接教学,可安全、高效的培养学生的焊接技能.
The Application of Virtual Simulation Technology in Automotive Welding Training
In view of the problems that it is difficult for middle school students in MAG welding teaching in vocational colleges to master practical operation skills and difficult to control welding forming,on the basis of analyzing the welding characteristics of four welding modes of MAG welding,the influence of welding current,arc voltage,welding torch angle,welding direction and other factors on welding quality is studied,and virtual simulation technology is used to monitor the adjustment of welding process parameters and the control of welding quality in practical operation,which can effectively develop students'welding skills.
