全自动化气调包装是气调包装机未来的发展方向.全自动化包装不仅能提高生产效率、减少包装过程中的操作污染,同时能实现精准配气,而控制系统是实现包装机全自动化、提高效率和安全性的重要途径.本研究对全自动气调保鲜包装机的控制系统进行了设计,并增设了全球眼监控和在线气体分析设备.
The Study on Improvement of Automatic Control System of MAP Machine
The full automation is the future development direction of MAP Machine.The fully automated packaging can not only improve production efficiency,reduce operational contamination in the packaging process,but also achieve precise air distribution.The control system is an important way to achieve full automation of packaging machines and improve efficiency and safety.In this study,the control system of the automatic modified atmosphere packaging machine was designed,and the global eye monitoring and online gas analysis equipment were added.
