The Research on the Stability of Power Grid by Adaptive Damping Control of Energy Storage
The proposal of the"dual carbon"strategic plan makes the development of grid energy storage technology particularly urgent.Due to the uncertainty of the damping impact of renewable energy on the power system, the low-frequency oscillation caused by it seriously threatens the stability of the power system. In this paper,an adaptive additional damping control strategy is designed for the energy storage system closely related to new energy,an adaptive additional damping controller is designed with the wide-area measurement signal as the input, the influence of the complex moment coefficient method on the damping coefficient is derived, and the adaptive active additional damping control structure for energy storage is designed. The results verify the effectiveness of the adaptive additional damping control of energy storage in suppressing low-frequency oscillation and enhancing the stability of the power system.
