储能自适应阻尼控制对电网稳定性的研究

"双碳"战略计划的提出,使得电网储能技术的发展显得尤为迫切.由于新能源并网对电力系统阻尼影响具有不确定性,其可能造成的低频振荡严重威胁电力系统的稳定性.文章针对与新能源密切相关的储能系统设计自适应附加阻尼控制策略,以广域测量信号为输入设计自适应附加阻尼控制器,采用复数力矩系数法推导了其对阻尼系数的影响,并设计了储能自适应有功附加阻尼控制结构.搭建含储能的单机无穷大和四机系统,仿真对比无附加控制和采用自适应附加阻尼控制时同步发电机及储能的有功功率情况,结果验证了储能自适应附加阻尼控制抑制低频振荡的有效性,增强电力系统稳定性.
The Research on the Stability of Power Grid by Adaptive Damping Control of Energy Storage
The proposal of the"dual carbon"strategic plan makes the development of grid energy storage technology particularly urgent.Due to the uncertainty of the damping impact of renewable energy on the power system,the low-frequency oscillation caused by it seriously threatens the stability of the power system.In this paper,an adaptive additional damping control strategy is designed for the energy storage system closely related to new energy,an adaptive additional damping controller is designed with the wide-area measurement signal as the input,the influence of the complex moment coefficient method on the damping coefficient is derived,and the adaptive active additional damping control structure for energy storage is designed.The results verify the effectiveness of the adaptive additional damping control of energy storage in suppressing low-frequency oscillation and enhancing the stability of the power system.
