The Research on the Modular Training System of Environmental Protection Craftsman Talents Based on the Integration of Industry and Education
In response to the national requirements for the development of vocational education and to cultivate talents that meet the needs of the environmental protection industry,the environmental specialty group of Hebei Vocational University of Technology and Engineering,as a national vocational education teacher teaching innovation team project unit,breaks the traditional mode of subject teaching,reconstructs the modular curriculum content,and promotes the integration and innovation of post competency and teaching.Based on the integration of courses and posts,courses and certificates,courses and competitions,courses and innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper constructs the environmental professional group course module of"general knowledge,specialization,and mutual selection",the curriculum system of environmental management and evaluation specialty of"2 platforms+3 modules",and the modular curriculum content of"three requirements and four integrations"ideological and political elements,so as to effectively improve students'post skills and professional quality.
